Sloth Tour Descrition

We are the first company operating this type of driving tour to see sloths exclusively in their natural habitats. That means, all over Manuel Antonio and Quepos area, including openings, roadside lookout points, small trails and any possible spot to see and photograph these slow and extremely well hidden mammals.
Make sure to bring a telephone with a camera to take pictures using our professional spotting scopes. No specific dressing codes needed. Closed shoes are recommended as well as sunblock.
This is NOT a tour where you will be holding, feeding or touching sloths at any time, also sloths are often found just on the side of the road and not very exposed to be observed. This is NOT a hiking tour, we will mostly drive around the area exclusively looking for them, so hiking is limited. This is NOT inside the National Park Manuel Antonio.

Once a sloth has been spotted we will approach the area and get as close as possible. (slots are mostly high up on the trees and coil up into a ball. So getting a clear picture is a matter of luck and right timing.
You get a full refund if we don’t see a sloth
This tour will last from 1 hour to 2 hours depending on how fast we can find them.
During this tour we will make sure to show you as many other wildlife as possible too, including monkeys, toucans and Scarlett Macaws.
